User talk page seems to be empty in mobile

Description

New user receives first message on his tak page.
This message usually have no header, there is some invitation template and some message under this.
In mobile (xx.m.wikipedia) have user notification for new messages, but the takpage seems to be empty unless user switch to classic.

I'm marking T298060 as a sub-task of this one to reinforce what @matmarex shared in T326080#8493432: we think the issue this ticket describes will be resolved by mobile DiscussionTools being made available.

Following the deployment in T328940, the page now displays as expected for me.
