Hi iThenticate team,

@Samwalton9 @Pintoch
So this feature is great, but I'd like to make it a notch better. I think Antonin can advise and maybe Sam you can wriggle out another pull request.

I checked and www.oabot.org/login will work as a better url. But this is
still a little sub-optimal if you're a heavy user and already logged in, no?

I think we did this with Andromeda already and chose MIT. Let me check...

@Dzahn You have my approval as Sam's manager. He is a contractor for The Wikipedia Library program in Community Engagement, which I run.

Coo!!
@jmatazzoni If we need to trial this on one language, then we can focus on English first for testing and give you EN-only primary and secondary links. Or for a broader rollout, we could choose only a subgroup group of languages (like the 22 with a Wikipedia Library branch...), and get that translation and mapping done for you in a translation spreadsheet.

For The Wikipedia Library, we need the ability to query up to 100,000 links for many of our publisher partners. Without that ability we can't demonstrate to them the effectiveness or impact of research access. We send publishers monthly and quarterly reports showing total links and increases in the number of links in a given time period. These reports legitimize the value of our relationships. Beyond paywalled publishers, a robust link search is also critical to demonstrating the impact of open or free-to-read sources on Wikipedia. Without the ability to show that there are a high number of open sources on Wikipedia, it is more difficult to demonstrate to the publishing community that open licenses benefit the spread of their content through Wikipedia citation and traffic.

Andre, all the details I have so far are here: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T118247#1934303
We really need this done. If Marc, Yuvi, or Andrew can help us with this, it would enable Community Engagement to go forward on a project that scales one of our most successful programs. We also have potential funds for this to be done, if a contractor (community member/volunteer) wants to do it. We need your help with this to move forward with the rest of the build.

@ThatAndromeda You're now an admin for the Labs Project TWL.
@Andrew, this platform does need its own Instance, so i believe it's outside of the Tool Labs process, no?

I am working with Matt Flaschen to figure this out but it might take a few days.

Something I have been dreaming of is a simple widget that computes the following: "The number of total pageviews to all articles I have ever created totals [x]." It would make an amazing userpage counter. Is this now doable?

Just so I don't feel left out, Wikipedia Library list is getting one every few hours.
