Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor. He is best known for voicing Goro in Mortal Kombat and Captain Gantu in Lilo & Stitch. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced P. P. Otter in "Attack of the 50 Foot Sister".
