Thomas Steven Middleditch (born March 10, 1982) is a Canadian actor, comedian, and writer. He is best known for playing Richard Hendricks in Silicon Valley and voicing the titular character in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Garnoz in Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe.
