The Choice Scarf is an item introduced in Generation IV.

It boosts the Speed of the Pokémon holding it by 50%. However, the holder is permitted to use only one move. Because of this effect, the Choice Scarf is associated with the Choice Band and Choice Specs. Like the Choice Band, the player could get the Choice Scarf by saving 48 BP at the Fight Area and buying it in Generation IV.
