Biography

Juan had his Pokémon, including Tentacruel, use Water Gun or Bubble Beam during the opening of a building in Sootopolis City. Since Team Rocket tried to steal his Pokémon, Tentacruel used Mirror Coat to protect itself and the other Pokémon, allowing Milotic to blast them off.
