Crystal arc
Mirei first appeared in the Crystal arc. She is shown to have a Wobbuffet with her. She makes her debut in Absolutely Azumarill, where she chases an Azumarill and encounters Crystal. She makes another appearance in Lively Larvitar, where she is secretly watching Crystal catching a Larvitar. Then she leaves.
HeartGold & SoulSilver arc
Mirei makes another appearance in the HGSS arc, and she forcibly changes her daughter's outfit, against Crystal's will. Alongside her Wobbuffet, she is also have an Azumarill with her.
