Mack, Will and Dax are the only Overdrive Rangers who used the Vest. Adam Park also used the Defender Vest on one occasion, while battling Thrax.
Drill Blaster
The Drill Blaster was created by Andrew Hartford. Seeming to be too powerful, he then created the Defender Vest. The Drill Blaster has two forms, One form is designed after the Cement Driver; it encases the monster in cement with a Tri-Laser shot, freezing them in place. The other form is designed after the Drill Driver; it fires a drill head into the monster to destroy it. On the left Mack demonstrates the Tri-Laser shot and on the right demonstrates the Spiral Shot.
