Devastation is the older brother of Shorty and in his own words and according to Kat Manx "the most wanted criminal in the galaxy" followed only by his brother.
History
He comes to Earth after being summoned via fireworks to help his younger brother and Morgana in destroying the S.P.D. Rangers and conquering Earth but did not plan for Sam's arrival.
He uses his energy circle attack to trap the Rangers and attempts to drain their energy injuring Morgana in the process. Sam takes him down with the Omega Morpher but he resurrects and pilots the Robot of Destruction to try and escape.
So the Rangers face him in combat with the Delta Squad Megazord riding the Omegamax Cycle. With the speed boost given by the Omegamax Cycle the Rangers are able to destroy Devastation's robot with the Delta Squad Megazord's laser power. Afterwards the Rangers arrest Devastation.
Devastation is later cloned by Slate and Morgana but destroyed by the S.P.D. Battlizer.

- Sword: Devastation has a razor-sharp and serrated sword to aid him in combat.
- Energy Slash: Devastation can charge up his sword with yellow energy and unleash a massive energy slash of the same color that took out the B-Squad Rangers and Anubis Cruger in one blow.
- Fury Circle: Devastation's signature attack where he raises his sword and blasts a laser from the tip which flies back down as a circle that encapsulates and traps enemies. According to Schuyler Tate it also drained their energies and would presumably continue to do this until the enemy was no more than a husk.
