Heather is an ally who appears in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.
History
She makes her first appearance at the park, where her mother and her played a game of hide and seek. Her mother notices her sneakers sticking out of the bushes and believed her to be hiding there, only to discover it was only her sneakers as Heather appeared behind her to reveal that she removed her shoes and placed them in the bushes to trick her mother (as shown a close up of her barefoot). Heather's mother tells her that they have to stop by her father's office on their way home. Heather puts her shoes back on and picks up her red ball while her mom retrieves her purse. She hears a siren and sees the Lightspeed Rangers riding in their Rescue Rover. She happily tells her mom it's the Power Rangers.
Heather and her mom arrived at an office building and took an elevator to the 13th floor where her father works. She drops her ball as it rolled away into an empty office room, Heather went after her ball to retrieve it. After she retrieved her ball, she saw her mom knock on the door to her dad's office. Heather was surprisingly shocked and scared to see a couple of Ghoulish looking monsters that appeared out of nowhere, captured her mom and take her in that room that was once her father's office. Fearing the creatures might go after her next, Heather quickly ran to the ground floor to get help, not realizing one of those creatures spied on her to inform Triskull and Trakeena that she is now a witness.
When Heather got to the ground floor and told the receptionist what happen that a monster captured her mother on the 13th floor, the receptionist however, brushed Heather off and tells her that "there's no such thing as monsters" much to Heather's dismay. Triskull while disguise as an office worker pretended to help her and take her to the elevator only for Heather to realize he's working for the monsters when they appear in the elevator. Heather threw her ball at the monsters and escaped, leaving her ball behind.
Outside, Heather is seen crying which draws Carter's attention as he showed up asking what is wrong, sat next to her, introduced himself and asked her name. Heather said her name to Carter and noticed his Morpher, asking him if he's a Power Ranger which Carter replied yes. Heather explained to Carter about the monsters that took her mother and those same monsters tried to take her to the elevator as well. Carter calmly asked Heather about what monster she is talking about. As Heather explained it and Carter didn't respond, she feared that like what she try to say to the receptionist, Carter doesn't believe her either and no one does. Just before Carter was about to say something, Triskull, still in his human disguise, shows up to them. Heather fearfully recognize him and hid behind Carter for protection, telling the Ranger that he try to take her for the monsters. Triskull however, revealed that she forgot her ball that she left behind and he only came to return it to her and tells Carter that little kids like her have the wildest imaginations. Carter agrees as he retrieve Heather's ball from him and left. Heather felt sadden that Carter still doesn't believe her. Carter however, he believes her and that something is off about that man much to Heather's delight. Carter says to her that he will check this guy out and tells Heather to stay where it is safe and left her to follow Triskull.
Heather however, wanted to help by following him, too. Fearing for Heather's safety, Carter tells her it's too dangerous but Heather reminds him that Triskull took her mother and she wants to help find her. Reluctantly, Carter agrees to let Heather join in but he tells her to do exactly what he says. Heather excitedly claims that she is now a Junior Ranger and she and Carter went back to following Triskull.
