The Jail Bird Monster was a bird like alien dressed in prison-striped garb. He was created by Mora and serves as the extremely minor antagonist of the second part of the final episode of Power Rangers S.P.D. "Endings".
History
When Mora tries to escape Doggie on Gruumm's ship, she draws this monster amongst other monsters in an attempt to stop him. Jail Bird Monster tried to attack Cruger along with other monsters. He is quickly destroyed by the Shadow Ranger.

Little is known about personality of this alien, since he appears briefly. However, Jail Bird Monster was shown to be faithful to Mora and fought for her.
