Kotatsu World (コタツワルド, Kotatsu Warudo, 42) is a
kotatsuthemed World from the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo who was created from the Kotatsu Tojiru Gear that contained Kotatsutopia. After his death, his Tojiru Gear lasted another life by reforming a Kudaitest into Great Kotatsu World.
History
Kotatsu World is at the city, using his Trico Kotatsu Beam as he trapped civilians within the kotatsu when the Zenkaigers arrived to battle the Kotatsu World as he summons the Kudakks to aid him in battle while avoiding the civilians. During the fight, Vroon decides to take a peek to see how a kotatsu really works but Kotatsu World sends Vroon flying as he used his Trico Kotatsu Beam to trap him in a kotatsu and then he did same thing to the remaining teammates. Just then pirate siblings showed up to assist the team, but Kotatsu World used his Trico Kotatsu Beam to trap the others within the kotatsu and he managed to escape.
Later, the Kotatsu World was then spotted in the valley and he was about to used his Trico Kotatsu Beam until Juran jumps kicks him off of the cliff which really surprised the Kotatsu World that Juran is unaffected by the kotatsu due to Juran being unable to take the heat. So Juran transform and battle the Kotatsu World until he was gunned down by the arrival of Barashitara. With this sudden news, the other Zenkaigers tried to go help assist Juran but to no avail so they used the Patranger Sentai Gear to fuse the kotatsu as one and then with Secchan piloting the pirates airship they carried off to help Juran in battle.
Later, Juran was getting overwhelmed by both the Kotatsu World and Barashitara as he was about to be eliminated by Barashitara, Kotatsu World and Barashitara were then gunned by the other Zenkaigers open firing at both Barashitara and Kotatsu World. Once they touch down to the ground the other Zenkaigers began to transform and battled against Barashitara while Juran takes on the Kotatsu World. But things didn't go the way that they hope to accomplish so Kaito used the new Donbrothers Sentai Gear as he summons DonMomotaro and his Superbike Enya Rideon. With his unmatched strength and swordsmanship, he sent Barashitara away from the trapped Zenkaigers and went to assist Juran in battling against the Kotatsu World. With this turn of the event, Barashitara tries to stop the two from defeating the Kotatsu World, but Vroon intervenes as he attacks him while carrying a (surprisingly light) kotatsu on his back and with Kaito's help as he summons Battle Kenya, KibaRanger and GekiBlue to assist Vroon in the fight against Barashitara followed by Magine's magic as she summons giant cat paws as it began to scratch Barashitara and then gunned down by both Zox and Gaon. DonMomotaro then traps the Kotatsu World within a peach as Juran finishes him off with a Zenkai Buster Finish, thus breaking the spell.

When the Kudakk was installed with a Tojiru Gear, it briefly transformed into a Kudaiter before becoming a World.

- World Creation: Upon the creation of the World Monster, Kotatsu World can alter the world to his own image.
- Trico Kotatsu Beam (トリコタツビーム, Torikotatsubīmu): He is able to shoot a beam from his head to create the Kotatsu table which will slowly change any victims into cat people.
- Laser Beam: Kotatsu World can shoot lasers.
- Kudakk Summoning: Kotatsu World was able to summon Kudakks to aid him in battle.

Weaknesses
- Heat Sensitivity/Determination: Although Kotatsu World managed to trap the vast majority of the populace, beings who despise high heat such as Juran can escape due to the discomfort of the Kotatsu's temperature. Additionally, people with enough willpower can actually stand and fight, as Vroon demonstrated, though in his case he still had his Kotatsu stuck on his back.
