Survival of the Fittest 2007 was the fourth annual Survival of the Fittest tournament held by Ring of Honor. The show took place on November 19, 2007 at the Empire Ballroom in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show was ROH's debut in Nevada, and first show west of Chicago.

- Chris Hero (w/ Larry Sweeney) defeated Karl Anderson to advance to the Survival of the Fittest match
- Rocky Romero defeated TJ Perkins to advance to the Survival of the Fittest match
- Austin Aries defeated Delirious to advance to the Survival of the Fittest match
- Claudio Castagnoli defeated Davey Richards to advance to the Survival of the Fittest match
- Nigel McGuinness and Bryan Danielson wrestled to a twenty-minute time-limit draw in a Survival of the Fittest qualifying match
- Human Tornado defeated Tony Kozina and Shane Hagadorn to advance to the Survival of the Fittest match
- The Age of the Fall (Jimmy Jacobs & Necro Butcher) defeated the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe)
- Chris Hero (w/ Larry Sweeney) defeated Austin Aries, Claudio Castagnoli, Human Tornado, Rocky Romero and Roderick Strong to win the Survival of the Fittest tournament
- Hero defeated Tornado after a Hero's Welcome.
- Hero defeated Romero after Aries hit a 450 on him.
- Hero defeated Aries with a roll up.
- Hero defeated Strong after a Hero's Welcome.
- Hero defeated Castagnoli via referee stoppage after Castagnoli passed out in the Hangman's Clutch.
