Otto is a creation of Viceroy's who serves as Viceroy's assistant and "pet." It has the ability to project holograms. His existence and companionship keeps Viceroy sane and rational.

Trivia

  • While appearing with Viceroy in official advertising for the show when it first premiered, Otto only had four minor appearances in the first season.
  • For his Halloween costume of Viceroy, Howard designs his candy bag to look like Otto in "Night of the Living McFizzles".
  • "Monster Drill" revealed Otto can project not only holographic recordings like it did in "Monster Dump" and "Otto Know Better", but also actual scenery in case Viceroy can't leave the McFist Industries office to go on vacations.
  • Despite Otto being a robot, Viceroy considers and labels Otto as a male.
  • Prototype otto screenshot
    An original design of Otto can be seen drawn on the blackboard of The Gifted and Talented Classroom in Norrisville High in "The Prophecy of Hat Sword". This indicates that Viceroy is not only a Norrisville High alumni, but Otto has also been improved overtime as Viceroy's longtime companion.
