Eva Landry is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
History
Background
Nothing is known about Eva's background. Judging by her accent, she may be of Francophone descent, similar to most other residents of Thieves' Landing.
Events of Red Dead Redemption
Eva is the madam in charge of The Dixie Rose brothel in Thieves' Landing. She is easily identified by her pink and maroon outfit and ostentatious wide-brimmed hat. She can always found idling within the parlour of the Dixie Rose, alongside the piano player Jacques Billeray and numerous prostitutes and costumers.
Sometimes she can participate in deviant acts, like cuddling on a couch with a paying costumer, or dancing in front of the piano with a costumer. Sometimes she can also be encountered outside of the brothel, walking around town, smoking on porches or hanging about in the saloon, talking to other people.
Eva makes a very brief appearance in the opening mission, "Exodus in America", in the saloon. As John Marston enters the Armadillo Saloon in search of his guide, Eva Landry can be seen talking to someone on the telephone near the saloon entrance.

Trivia
- Although her name is not mentioned directly in-game, it can be found in game files referring to her character model.
- In her dialogue, Eva refers to purchasing lingerie for her girls from Spalding's. This is actually the name of a department store which can be found in Saint Denis in Red Dead Redemption 2.
- Eva occasionally makes references to treasure hunters coming to Thieves' Landing, although this gang is not normally found at this location. She also mentions of a circus or carnival coming to down, although no such events can happen in-game.
- The Dixie Rose isn't yet present in Thieves' Landing whilst it is occupied by the Del Lobo Gang in 1907. Eva and her bordello must have become established here when the town began to develop, in the years leading up to 1911.
- Coincidentally, Eva shares a family name with Charles Phillip Landry and Marion Landry, who are buried in Mossy Flats Graveyard, New Hanover.
- Interestingly, she shares a very similar head model as one of her prostitutes, who more commonly spawns in Armadillo.
