Reid can be found in the Armadillo saloon, playing the piano. Reid can, rarely, be found just outside of Armadillo at a campsite. If Marston chooses to sit down, Reid will tell a story of how he once tried to leave Armadillo, but along the way was attacked by Walton's Gang and is now afraid to try and leave again.

- Kinsey appears to share the same facial model as Herbert Moon, Francis Gallagher, Luther Brines, Willie Oats, Clay Willet, Arnett Buchanan and Clyde Beadle.
- He can be seen riding on a horse sometimes. If he is near Fort Mercer and banditos are occupying the fort, he will recklessly open fire on them.
- Sometimes around a campfire, Kinsey will talk about Red Harlow and how his grandfather used to be Red's drinking buddy.
