Apolinario Mabini

Prime Minister of the Philippines in 1899

Apolinario Mabini (July 23, 1864May 13, 1903) was a Philippine resistance activist, lawyer, and journalist. He was the prime minister and foreign minister of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Philippines (1898). He was the First Chairman of the Philippine Supreme Court (1898 - 1899). [1]
