Styria (German: Steiermark [ˈʃtaɪ̯ɐˌmaʁk] (listen); Southern Austro-Bavarian: Steiamoak; Croatian and Slovene: Štajerska; Hungarian: Stájerország) is a state in the southeast of Austria. The capital city is Graz. It borders Slovenia. In 2016 there were about 1,232,000 people living in Styria.
