Atlanta United FC
American professional soccer club based in Atlanta
Atlanta United FC is an American soccer team from Atlanta, Georgia that plays in Major League Soccer since the 2017 season. They are in the Eastern Conference. The team was founded on April 16, 2014, and it is owned by the owner of the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL, Arthur Blank. The team's manager right now is Gonzalo Pineda. The team's colors are black, red and gold.[2] The team played their home games at the Bobby Dodd Stadium for part of their first season but now they play at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium after it was completed in August 2017.

The team's first manager was Gerardo Martino and he helped the team win the MLS Cup in 2018.[3]
