Census-designated place
statistical concentration of population defined by the United States Census Bureau
A census-designated place (CDP) is a place that is identified by the United States Census Bureau as a place dedicated for statistical purposes. They are communities that do not have their own government, but are similar to incorporated places in other ways.[1][2]
