Pure Heroine

2013 studio album by Lorde

Pure Heroine is the first album by Lorde. The album got good reviews from music critics. It was nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2014 Grammy Awards. The first single released from the album was "Royals". "Royals" was nominated for Best Pop Vocal Performance, Song of the Year and Record of the Year at the 2014 Grammy Awards.[1] The second single "Tennis Court" reached number one in New Zealand.[2]

Lorde wrote the album with Joel Little. Little produced the album.

The Guardian put Pure Heroine at number thirteen on their list of the best albums of 2013.[3] Rolling Stone put the album seventh in their list of the 50 best albums of 2013.[4]
