'Record (Portuguese: [ʁeˈkɔʁ]), formerly known as Rede Record, RecordTV and Recó, is a Brazilian television network, launched by Paulo Machado de Carvalho on 1953, and bought by bishop and entrepreneur Edir Macedo on 1989.[1][2][3][4]
