The Velvet Underground & Nico

The Velvet Underground & Nico is the first album by American rock band The Velvet Underground. Despite, initial mixed to negative reception, It later received widespread acclaim and is said to be one of the greatest albums ever made. Rolling Stone ranked it the 13th best album of all time. The album was produced by famous artist Andy Warhol. Some of the songs talked about drugs, prostitution and sex. They were very controversial back then that radio stations won't play any of their songs.
