Kyoutendouchi (
All appearances | + (timed to opponent's attack) |
Description
Daimon feigns a Jiraishin as a counter. If he's hit during that time, he grabs his opponent, slams them once, then throws them up. He then opens his eyes while raising his arms. Just before the opponent hits the ground, he thrusts both his hands into the floor, making a fissure that launches the opponent once more.
If used as a Super Cancel, Daimon simply skips to raising his arms, then proceeds with the attack.
Strategy
Daimon's hard hitting EVO winning comeback counter, Kyoutendouchi is THE Super Special Move that should be on everyone's minds whenever he's is on-screen. It activates on frame 1 upon startup, and parries every single possible physical attack in the game, without exception. Causes a hard knockdown. Can also be super cancelled to finish off opponents.
