The Gizmo Wing[1] is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. It is a high-tech boomerang created by Miles "Tails" Prower.
Description
Appearance
The Gizmo Wing is a small device in the shape of a boomerang, consisting of two retractable blades extending from a trapezoidal center. The core of the Gizmo Wing is yellow with light brown and black detailing as well as two rectangular yellow LED lights. The blades each consist of four segments, with the innermost two being yellow and the outermost two being silver, creating an appearance reminiscent of Tails' tails.
Features and traits
The Gizmo Wing a self-propelled projectile capable of homing in on _targets. It is seemingly capable of identifying threats on its own as it exclusively _targeted Guardian Units of Nations agents when used by Rachel, who had no knowledge on how to use it (though this could simply be extreme luck). When not in use, the Gizmo Wing's blades retract into its core for more compact storage.

Rachel inadvertently used the Gizmo Wing to incapacitate several Guardian Units of Nations agents, allowing Maddie Wachowski to access the building in which Sonic, Tails, and Tom were being held captive.
