"Happy Sack Shanty" was composed by Michael Bolger and Nicolas Carr. The piece features an accordion playing throughout and is based on "Botany Bay (c)." A slower, sadder version of this is "Sad Sack Shanty."

Trivia
- Between "Patrick's Tantrum" and "UpWard", it took around 40 episodes to return.
- This track's usage has slowed down since season 9, however, it still plays at least once from seasons 9 and up, with the exception of season 13.
- Before this track slowed down in usage, it seemed to have serve as a replacement for "Botany Bay C."
- Certain parts of this track have never been used in the actual series.
