You're not Krabby the Clown. Incidental 103
Incidental 103,[1] also known as Incidental FG7, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." He is classified as a kid-type incidental.
Description
He is a light orange fish with darker orange lips and black eyes. He wears lime green pants and a black belt with a golden belt buckle.
He also has an alternate design where he wears a blue and yellow striped beanie with a red propeller.

He wears a dark blue suit over a white dress shirt with a green necktie along with darker blue pants.
Names
Incidental 103 has been given four one time generic names throughout the series:
- In "Krabby Land," his alternate design variant is named Monroe.
- In "SquidBob TentaclePants," he is named Timmy.
- In "Slimy Dancing," a lavender Incidental 103 is named Tommy.
- In "Little Yellow Book," he is named Billy.

- In "The Inmates of Summer," an unclearly-individually-identified five from the role call sheet of the Sun-N-Fun Island troops containing Incidentals 67KID, 73KID, 100, 101, 103, 108, 109, 152, 158, and one of the octopus quintuplets are named Matty Mollusk, Billy Blenny, Percy Perch, Tom Tarpon, and Lois Flatfish.
Role in series
Incidental 103 is a pretty commonly used incidental character in the series and has many notable/speaking roles as well as non-speaking ones. He makes his biggest role yet in the episode "Krabby Land." He was firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival.

"Valentine's Day"
He is part of the crowd of fish who gets cornered at the Valentine's Day Carnival pier by Patrick's tantrum.
"Walking Small"
He cuts in front of SpongeBob at Incidental 39's ice cream stand and asks for two ice cream cones.
"Dying for Pie"
He is one of the three kids SpongeBob introduces Squidward to.
"Life of Crime"
Incidental 39 gives him a free balloon.
"The Smoking Peanut"
He receives a balloon from Incidental 27 near the beginning of the episode. He later appears on the Realistic Fish Head's news report crying about Clamu with his family.
"Squid on Strike"
He appears as one of the three teenagers who replace SpongeBob and Squidward's job at the Krusty Krab. He asks SpongeBob to sign his spatula upon arriving on his first day.
"Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm"
He and Incidental 150 both give a thumbs up when their mother, Incidental 7, says the Alaskan Bull Worm ate their homework.
"SpongeGuard on Duty"
He is seen playing ball with Incidental 150 in the orca kid's mouth.
"As Seen on TV"
He is part of the angry mob demanding Krabby Patties from SpongeBob.
"Mid-Life Crustacean"
He appears at the Krusty Krab as the son of Incidental 48, where he tells her that his Krabby Patty tastes funny. She tells him it's all old and dried out and has him put it in the garbage. Mr. Krabs then takes the Patty away from him, and eventually throws it in the trash.
"Born Again Krabs"
Mr. Krabs gives him a free toy to go along with his Krabby Patty.
"Krabby Land"
Makes his biggest role yet in this episode. He often appears as the commanding leader of the children who visit Krabby Land. He usually does most of the talking and complaining out of all the children who appear in the episode. Near the end of the episode, he offers SpongeBob to come join him and the rest of the kids in their fun after he and the other kids beat Mr. Krabs. Incidental 103 also appears as the first child to come out of the Bikini Bottom School during Krabs' story.
"The Sponge Who Could Fly"
He is one of the incidental characters that makes several notable and speaking roles throughout the episode where he mocks SpongeBob's dream of flying and tries to take advantage of the flying SpongeBob by doing him favors.
"SquidBob TentaclePants"
It is shown to be his birthday at his school and his teacher, Incidental 115, gives him a gift which is the first place the fused together SpongeBob and Squidward end up at.
"Mrs. Puff, You're Fired"
When Sergeant Roderick asks the class if they want a bon-bon, Incidental 103 steps to the front of the class and eats one. He is then thrown out of the classroom by Sergeant Roderick for violating his "No eating in my class" rule.
"Whale of a Birthday"
He appears as one of the kids forced to share a balloon at one of Pearl's past parties.
"Squidtastic Voyage"
Incidental 47 covers his ears so he can avoid the disturbing sounds of SpongeBob taking Squidward's clarinet out of his throat.
"Hocus Pocus"
He complains about his pistachio ice cream to his father, Incidental 6, much to his annoyance. His ice cream then falls of his hand and lands on Squidward's lawn chair, making him cry more.
"Fungus Among Us"
Squidward delivers his and Incidental 102's food covered in ick.
"Krabs à la Mode"
He is seen walking back to the Krusty Krab in his snow gear through Plankton's telescope. He also appears as one of the kids riding the Clamboni with Mr. Krabs.
"Roller Cowards"
He and Incidental 152 talk about the Fiery Fist O' Pain on a bus together.
"Slimy Dancing"
He is seen doing the cramp in the epilogue, which causes his mother to worry and call the emergency hotline due to thinking he is seriously injured. He then tells his mother that he was only doing a dance move called "The Cramp." He then continues doing the cramp with his mother, SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs.
"Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob"
He appears as one of the kids who attack Squidward at the child birthday party and later appears as one of the kids tossing Squidward out the Krusty Krab window.
"The Inmates of Summer"
He appears as a Camp Sun-N-Fun or Bust camper.
"Pest of the West"
He appears as a farmer with Incidental 107 at Dead Eye Gulch where he asks him what will happen to their town and he calls him "Pa." Incidental 107 then tells him that he ain't his "Pa."
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
He appears on Perch Perkins' report rioting and in a line at the video game store with an unnamed light green fish where they tell CheeseHead that he can't blow bubbles in New Kelp City. CheeseHead then blows a bubble which causes the two of them to run away. A plum colored Incidental 103 then appears from the hood of a boatmobile and blows a bubble, as well as thanking CheeseHead for getting rid of The Bubble Poppin' Boys.
"Giant Squidward"
He appears with Incidental 7 where she revs him up like a segway and rides away on his shoulders after seeing Giant Squidward. He later appears as one of the Boy Scouts sleeping under Giant Squidward's toenails.
"Toy Store of Doom"
The greaser fish shows Patrick him and Incidental 104 walking into the Toy Barrel.
"Truth or Square"
He appears as a crying baby with Incidental 7 as his mother where she just leaves him after hearing SpongeBob sing "Oh, Krusty Krab."
"The Clash of Triton"
Monroe appears alongside Incidental 45 when she sees the red carpet roll out of the Krusty Krab for King Neptune.
"Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy"
He and Incidental 102 appear as the kids of Incidental 49 where she tells the two of them to get into the car so they can avoid seeing a naked Sandy.
"The Inside Job"
Incidental 107 appears as his father and takes him to the gross places of Bikini Bottom including the Chum Bucket.
"Keep Bikini Bottom Beautiful"
He worships Squilliam Fancyson's statue with Incidental 115.
"A Pal for Gary"
His father, Fred, buys him a pet Puffy Fluff 1.
"The Play's the Thing"
He appears sitting at a table with Mr. Krabs, when he is laughing about Squidward mentioning about his job being underpaid. He also tells him that it's funny because it's true.
"The Cent of Money"
He watches his bucket of coins shake from Gary the Snail's attraction.
"The Curse of the Hex"
He gets sucked into a tornado with his family.
"The Masterpiece"
He is one of the kids playing on Mr. Krabs posing as a statue at the end of the episode.
"Drive Thru"
Incidental 42 takes him and Incidental 102 to the Krusty Krab.
"Oral Report"
He appears as one of the students in Mrs. Puff's Boating School watching SpongeBob struggle to give his oral report, and SpongeBob then sees his underwear through the underwear goggles. He later appears on a bench with Incidental 49, cheering when he sees SpongeBob and Mrs. Puff zooming down the road.
"Free Samples"
He tries a sample of chum with Incidental 102 and they both get food poisoning.
"Face Freeze!"
He and Incidental 49 appear in Mr. Krabs' story where Fred sticks his tongue out at the two of them which causes Incidental 49 to scold him and for Incidental 103 to cry.
"Glove World R.I.P."
He kicks the old Glove World! mascot which causes the mascot to quit. Patrick then steals his ice cream while posing as the mascot, and he complains about it when Incidental 105 and Sandals become offended about Patrick cutting in front of them in line.
"The Good Krabby Name"
He appears as a scout with Incidental 107 as his scoutmaster where he shows him and the other scouts a tree until they find Patrick using a chainsaw to turn the tree into an advertisement for the Krusty Krab. He then runs away with Incidental 107 and the other scouts before the tree falls down.
"Hello Bikini Bottom!"
He runs in front of SpongeBob, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs when they first arrive at the children's party.
"Extreme Spots"
Johnny Krill nearly runs into him while riding his motorcycle in a bubble.
"Little Yellow Book"
His mother, Incidental 49, tells him to stay away from Squidward due to him being a diary reader.
"It Came from Goo Lagoon"
He is seen approving of the goo bubble on television.
"Don't Look Now"
He is taken by The Fisherman's hook in Fisherman 4: Attack of the Hook.
"Kenny the Cat"
He is seen as one of Incidental 65's friends that was holding their breath due to being inspired by Kenny the Cat.

Monroe watches Incidental 40 as a magician do a magic trick during the thumbs song.
"Lame and Fortune"
He is seen sitting with Incidental 106 while he reads a fortune cookie that tells him eating at the Chum Bucket will have his live forever.

He purchases a pencil and paper from Mr. Krabs.

He and Incidental 151 receive cotton candy from Incidental 6 at the beginning of the episode.

He is one of the kids who play around Squidward as a sprinkler.

He becomes amazed by SpongeBob's bubble boat.

His body appears pressed against the Krusty Krab side window when SpongeBob turns huge.

Monroe is one of the many school children from Squidward's flashback who runs away from his bad kazoo playing.

He appears in downtown Bikini Bottom staring blankly into Neptune's moon.
"The Clam Whisperer"
He is one of the kids who appear at the playground until the clams come and attack them.
"Krabby Patty Creature Feature"
He appears stranded on the Krusty Krab sign with his family in order to avoid the Krabby Patty creatures.
"Sanitation Insanity"
SpongeBob nearly tosses him into the dump truck while collecting trash on the street.
"Pat the Horse"
He appears as one of the kids who want to ride Patrick as a horse and then appears as one of the kids who rides Patrick until he launches him and all of the other kids off. He later appears riding Squidward as a horse using his cowboy boots with spears which he uses on him.
"High Sea Diving"
He appears in SpongeBob's dream where he looks at the giant SpongeBob statue in amazement. He then runs away when the statue speaks to him. He is later seen as a farmer where he uses a giant comb to rake his entire field. His "Scout" variant also appears with Scout 3 and Incidental 100's "Scout" variant struggling to build a tent until a pen falls down and helps support their tent.
"Whale Watching"
He appears as a teen at the breach party watching a video game.
"Surf N' Turf"
He gets knocked over right when Sandy Cheeks' treedome crashes into the competition.
"Bubbletown"
He is seen in the line at the Krusty Krab, with a large beard.
"Squirrel Jelly"
He appears at Goo Lagoon during the opening scene.
"Pineapple RV"
He gets shoved out of the way by Squidward due to him wanting to see the Warbling Water Lily and also appears as one of the rioters who carry Squidward over to his burying spot after the rioters brutally punch him. He then pours water on the buried spot causing Squidward to grow like a tulip.
"Broken Alarm"
He is thrown into the kitchen during the riot at the beginning of the episode.
"Shell Games"
He rides on Patrick and Tony like a swing when they get tangled in a swing set, until Tony tells them to get off.
"Dirty Bubble Returns"
After the Dirty Bubble absorbs all the dirt from his house, he and his family cheer but then sigh of disappointment when the Dirty Bubble destroys their house right after.
"Handemonium"
He is seen at Glove World!, running away from the Chum Bucket glove.
"Escape from Beneath Glove World"
He becomes freaked out by SpongeBob and Patrick's faces from riding the baseball ride too many times.
"Karen for Spot"
He gets shocked by Spot's behemoth size in downtown Bikini Bottom.
"Friendiversary"
He reprises his same role from "Dying for Pie" with Incidental 108 and Incidental 109 as one of the kids who toss rocks at Squidward wearing a salmon suit in one of his many attempts to get SpongeBob's memory back.
"Wiener Takes All"
He is the manager in a commercial for Weenie Hut Jr's. This episode uses his teenage design from "Squid on Strike."
The Patrick Star Show
"Who's a Big Boy?"
He is seen watching Patrick's show with Incidental 2 and Incidental 168 until a huge Patrick comes out of the television and sits on top of the three of them.
"The Star Games"
The Coffee Cup Dragon steps on him on the road.
"Super Stars"
Incidental 99 claims that Incidental 103 was traumatized by the Super Stars' destructive heroics, but Incidental 103 just waves and says hi.
"Squidina's Holidaze Special"
He appears as one of the kids who are performing during Squidina's play. There, he dresses up as a nobleman. Later, he and other kids get into the school bus prop, which the prop was later lit by a backstage crewman. The bus then goes flying from the auditorium, while Incidental 103 and others are now trapped inside, screaming. The bus later, crashes back to the auditorium. Soon, he and the kids had a fight with the adult actors.

Trivia
- In the original storyboard for "Dying for Pie" he can be seen wearing a cap, but he doesn’t wear it in the final episode. However he can be seen wearing the cap that he wore in the storyboard of "Dying for Pie" in "Friendiversary" during the reenactment scene.
- He makes his first speaking role in "Walking Small."
