Incidental 49A, also known as Incidental FG6, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Opposite Day." She is an alternate model of Incidental 49 and her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description
She has lavender-colored skin and has pink lips. She wears a business uniform that contains a magenta suit over a purple or pink dress, a yellow and white name tag on the suit and plum-colored shoes. In her older appearances, her suit was magenta and her name tag was colored light blue and white.
She also has an alternate color palette that first appeared in "Truth or Square" where her vest is turquoise and her name tag and buttons are golden.
Incidental FG6
She lacks the name tag on her business suit, her business suit is magenta like her old colors and her dress is purple.

Incidental 49A has been given two one time generic names in the franchise:
- In the SpongeBob SquarePants Trading Card Game, she is named R. Tick Char, a pun on the species of fish arctic char.
- In Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, she wears a name tag that reads "Susan."

- In "Opposite Day," she angrily refers herself as "Squidward" after hearing SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward refer themselves as "Squidward" to her.
Role in series
Incidental 49A is a very underused incidental character in the series, though she has made a decent amount of major and notable appearances. She has made her biggest role yet in her debut, "Opposite Day." She was firstly designed to be a real estate agent who tries to sell a house for Squidward.

SpongeBob SquarePants
"Opposite Day"
Her largest role yet. She tries to sell a house for Squidward, but SpongeBob, Patrick, and Gary dress up with big noses, posing as the real Squidward, and SpongeBob lies about how horrible the house is when he describes it to her. Eventually, the real Squidward arrives, and she is enraged by the inconsistent identity of Squidward. She then proceeds to run away in annoyance, Squidward begs her to sell his house, and drags her by her leg to do it, but since he was also touching the edge of her skirt, she angrily refuses, and frees her skirt and leg and leaves.
"Dying for Pie"
She appears in a deleted scene where she is seen in her office on a computer and SpongeBob introduces her to Squidward through her office window.
"Dunces and Dragons"
Her medieval variant is also seen standing alongside a medieval Incidental 60 when the dragon jellyfish zaps the bowling alley.
"To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants"
She appears as an employee at the mall, telling SpongeBob they have not received a shipment of square pants for months and that the store is all out.
"Truth or Square"
She appears in the flashback of SpongeBob moving in. She attempts to sell SpongeBob several houses. When there are no more houses, a pineapple falls from a pirate ship into the sea and lands. SpongeBob says that the house is perfect and he gives her a large bag of money.
"Shellback Shenanigans"
A male variant of her appears as an organizer for Club Shell where he thanks all the snails on the bus for choosing Club Shell.
"Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!"
She is seen standing at the bus stop while SpongeBob passes her by.
"Chum Fricassee"
She appears at the Chum Bucket with Incidental 114 where Squidward serves them their Chum Fricassee. They later appear together at the Chum Bucket again where Squidward is seen serving them Chum Fricassee before Granny Tentacles arrives.
"Sanctuary!"
She is seen as one of the impatient customers forming a line at the Krusty Krab.
"Goodbye, Krabby Patty?"
She tosses all of her frozen Krabby Patties in the trash when she finds out they are made out of sand. Here she’s colored the same color as her base model.
"Don't Feed the Clowns"
She appears as a businesswoman and disturbingly watches Incidental C1 goof off on the conveyer belt.
"Jolly Lodgers"
She is part of SpongeBob and Patrick's conga line.
"The Ghost of Plankton"
Incidental FG5 faints into Incidental FG6's arms after he sees the Flying Dutchman possess Plankton's body.
"Upturn Girls"
She appears as one of the business fish at the bus stop where she gets wet from a bus splashing a puddle onto her and the other business fish.
The Patrick Star Show

She works at the Better Business Bureaucracy. She inspects a pair of Ouchie-themed rollerskates, and finds that the wheels have thorns on them.

Trivia
- In "Potato Puff," she was supposed to appear as the fighting agent for Sardina Sardiña but Incidental 49 was instead in the finished episode.
- She is mistakenly placed before Incidental 49 on the original incidental model sheet while she should be place after Incidental 49 due to her being an alternate model of her.
- She makes her first speaking role in "Opposite Day."
