When SpongeBob reveals that Bubble Bass has been hiding the pickles under his tongue, Mr. Krabs then points out that he had the pickles from the last time under his tongue too, followed by Incidental 45 saying that Bubble Bass has her car keys. Bubble Bass then runs out of the Krusty Krab presumably running off with Incidental 45's car.
She steals a clock out of Incidental 3's pocket and zooms out of the theater. She also appears on the movie screen with a male fish right before Plankton tears it up.
She is one of the ladies who asks Larry the Lobster if they can feel his muscle. She also appears as one of Incidental 14's friends that happily lift SpongeBob into the air. She then appears as one of the fish going to the tanning booth with Larry.
She first appears when she was one of the people who point to Squidward. She later appears at the Krusty Krab being an ice rink with Incidental 27 as they both see Squidward ice-skating. She then appears swimming with Squidward and Incidental 107 near the end of the episode.
When Sandy sees a photo of SpongeBob on a newspaper dispenser, she points out that she sees SpongeBob. This causes Patrick to mistake Incidental 45 as SpongeBob as he runs up to her and gives her a hug. He then drops her when Sandy tells him that she isn't SpongeBob.
She is seen walking out of Diner with Incidental 41 with leftovers at the beginning of the episode where Incidental 41 notices the windstorm and says that King Neptune must be upset about something. Incidental 45 then laughs and says everyone know King Poseidon controls the sea. The wind then blows their leftovers out of her hand.
She appears with tanned skin at Goo Lagoon with Incidental 41 where he puts tan accelerator on his skin. Incidental 45 tells him that she hopes he is not using the tan accelerator again but Incidental 41 tells her not to pretend that she doesn't love it. Incidental 41 then turns into bacon. She later appears as one of the tan ladies who give Patrick a ride in their car due to being attracted to his tan skin.
When Incidental 46 claims that Giant Squidward hurt SpongeBob and Patrick's feelings by yelling at them, Incidentals 45 claims that he wasn't being nice at all. Later after Squidward does a series of many nice things for the citizens of Bikini Bottom, she tells Incidental 40 that Giant Squidward appears to be a nice giant after all.
Teen 11 appears as one of Pearl's friends at her slumber party. She breaks out in hives from the shredded newspaper due to being allergic to newsprint.
She and Fred become amazed from watching Patrick flopping down from wearing the Krusty Krab hat. She then later complains about Squidward's clarinet playing at the Krusty Krab.
She sees Mr. Krabs roll out a red carpet and finds out that King Neptune is arriving at the Krusty Krab. She asks Mr. Krabs if she can pay him to watch Neptune eat.
She is seen riding a roller coaster at the beginning of the episode. Patrick also stands on top of her's and Incidental 41's heads while talking to Policeman 2.
She appears as one of the students at Mrs. Puff's Boating School that cheer for the arrival of Tony Fast Sr. and Tony Fast Jr. She also tells SpongeBob that they were cheering for Tony Fast and his son after he mistakes that the students were cheering for him. She then tries to get Tony Jr. to sign something for her but she gets into an argument with Incidental 40 and Sandals about getting their stuff signed by him. She later appears in downtown Bikini Bottom where Incidental 114's clothes get zoomed onto her from the speed of the drag race.
She appears as one of the ravenous customers at the Krusty Krab at the beginning of the episode. She also appears as one of the students in Mrs. Puff's Boating School watching SpongeBob struggle to give his oral report, and SpongeBob then sees her underwear through the underwear goggles.
She tries out free chum on a toothpick samples with Incidental 47 where the two of them get sick from eating it. She later appears pushing her baby in the stroller when she tells her baby that she can hear a calliope.
Cameo; She and Incidental 42 appear as the parents of a pair of twin Baby 2s where the twins have their parents bang their heads onto each other when they drop them off to Patrick and Squidina.
She appears as the wife of Incidental 42 who is currently in his deathbed from eating too many Krabby Patties. Incidental 116 tells her that Incidental 42 will be gone in a week which causes her to cry.
