The following is a list of the Mysterious Red Kelp Forest's inhabitants. Excluding the giant blue anemone, the giant fruit fly, and the loud orange creature, these creatures appear near the end of the episode to start following SpongeBob after being enticed by the music he was playing.

The giant blue anemone is first seen just outside of the forest. After SpongeBob and Patrick fall off of the side of a cliff, they bounce off of the anemone and into the forest. |

This small orange creature appears to have an orange body, two tiny legs, a light-orange underbelly, a small nub for a tail, three antenna-like growths with small green circles at the top of its head, and a pair of eyes that poke out of the top of its head. It has a giant mouth that extends from its body that appears to be covered in green spots. The mouth consists of large light-green lips, a pair of teeth, and a tongue. This creature uses its horn-like mouth to sound like a large and intimidating creature. |

Main article: Giant fruit fly The giant fruit fly is a monster that pursues SpongeBob and Patrick throughout the forest. At the end of the episode, it befriends the two because it enjoys the music that SpongeBob plays.

These creatures appear to have green bodies with frog-like legs. Their heads appear to look like yellow flowers with orange spots and an orange center. At the top of their head are two eyes that dangle off of what appears to be antennae. These creatures can be seen in ponds with their flower-like heads sticking out of the water. |

This green two-headed centipede-like creature appears to be made of two parts. Its upper body contains two fish-like heads with blue lips, a pair of eyes of each head, and a fin at the back of each of their heads. Their upper-body consists of two limbs on either side, which appear to be light-green fins. Their lower body appears to contain seven light-green fins on either side as well as a large light-green Finn in the middle of its body. There are blue circles at the parts of their body where their limbs are connected. They are first seen hopping out of a bush. |

This blue, scaly creature appears to have a large head with three yellow eyes and a light-blue beak. It has brown legs and a monkey-like tail that it uses to hang from trees. It has two small light-blue fins for arms and a light-blue fin behind its head. |

This creature appears to be a hybrid between a bunny and a fish. It has a pink, scaly body with a fish-like tail, a singular eye, and large buck teeth that stick out of its mouth. Its limbs, tail, long ears, and cheeks all appear to be light-blue fins. |

These creatures have rock-like shells that they use to camouflage themselves with. Their bodies appear to be made up of four red limbs for legs, a tail, and a head that resembles a leafy seadragon with a red fin at the back. Their tail, neck, and heads appear to be light-red with red stripes at the tops of them. Two of them are seen following SpongeBob while a third puts out a sign that says to not disturb it. |
