Recipe for a Krabby Patty is a recipe book for the Krabby Patty that appears in the episode "Plankton's Army" and the Nintendo DS version of the video game SpongeBob's Truth or Square.
Description
The book is yellow and its title is written in blue font on the top and bottom. A Krabby Patty is on both the front and back covers. Said Krabby Patty on the front separates the word "recipe" from the rest of the title.
Role in episode
In order to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula, Plankton hires and receives help from his entire family tree filled with his cousins. Unlike other attempts, this time he is able to find and steal the book while the Krusty Krew and Mr. Krabs are caught off guard. Mr. Krabs warns him of an ingredient that will haunt Plankton forever.
Plankton ignores the warning, and he and his cousins find out that the top-secret ingredient is none other than ground plankton. Plankton and his gang run out of the Krusty Krab, screaming in fear and surprise.
It is revealed at the end of the episode that decoy was only to prevent Plankton from trying to steal the real formula for some time.
