Synopsis

The Suit Suits You 034
Sandy wearing her new suit.

SpongeBob and Patrick are walking with Sandy through the forest, but she is slowed down by her suit, which has gotten creaky and started malfunctioning. Sandy decides to order a new suit, the Subaquatica Lux 5000, from a magazine. She puts it on and likes it, so she throws her old suit in the garbage and tries out her new suit's attachments.

Playing sports, Sandy wins for her team by doing an extremely powerful kick. Her old suit realizes it is not needed and walks off into the woods, where is spots a snail being crushed under a log. It lifts the log and rescues it, also saving the other forest animals from distress. It is revered by the animals for its help. Back at camp, Sandy's new suit starts going into various different modes that cause her discomfort. During art lessons, the new suit gets stuck on "art critic mode" and starts blasting anything it deems ugly, destroying things around camp. Sandy tries to fight it, but is unable to stop.

Sandy's old suit fights back.

In the forest, her old suit hears her calls for help and starts going. SpongeBob and Patrick try to fight off Sandy's suit, but it easily defeats them. The old suit catches up and engages in a fight. While Sandy's new suit has attachments that give it the advantage, the old suit begins using its animal friends to help fight against them. When it has Sandy cornered against a rock, it rips the main control chip of the new suit, making the attachments disappear and removing its sentience.

Sandy hugs her old suit and apologizes for throwing it away. However, it is happy living in the forest and wants to stay there. It suggests that they leave on good terms, and passes its flower down to Sandy's helmet. SpongeBob cheers up Sandy by saying that things can get back to normal now, until Patrick arrives in a replica of the suit that he ordered for himself. It starts going berserk, so SpongeBob and Sandy chase after it.
