"Luke Skywalker - The Journey Begins" is the first episode of Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures. It premiered on the StarWarsKids.com[2] and the DisneyNOW[5] websites on November 30, 2018.[3]
Plot summary
As Luke Skywalker stands beside his X-34 landspeeder on a plateau on his homeworld of Tatooine, the narrator tells the viewer that Skywalker is destined for something greater. As Skywalker gazes at the twin suns of Tatooine, he tells himself that he wants to learn the ways of the Force and become a Jedi like his father.
The episode then zooms to Skywalker driving his landspeeder through a canyon. The video then zooms over to Obi-Wan Kenobi showing Skywalker his lightsaber. As Luke ignites the blade, he is mesmerized by the power of the Force. Skywalker parries with his blade against a starry background.
