A medical pod was a sealed oblong pod with a clear front panel. Essentially a large medical capsule, this machine kept Mari San Tekka alive, far past the normal lifespan of a human. The pod was wired to the deck of the Gaze Electric and tanks of various medical chemicals ran into tubes into the pod.[1]
