The Room of Morning Mists[2] was a room in the Varykino lake retreat on the planet Naboo.[1] The controversial poet Omar Berenko wrote one of his most famous works, the disturbing and visionary epic poem Defense of Naboo, in this room.[2] Padmé Amidala and Anakin Skywalker shared dinner in this room prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars, where food was served by Teckla Minnau.[1] Decades later, Skywalker, now known as Darth Vader, returned to Varykino with Amidala's former handmaiden, Sabé. The two met with the Amidalan resistance members Gregar Typho and Tonra in the Room of Morning Mists.[3]
