Wena Havid was a male Human panjandram, or senator, of the Galactic Empire. He represented Kalarba.

For a time, he was the governor of Kalarba and the owner of C-3PO and R2-D2. A roaming governor, he flitted across the galaxy in a luxurious vessel, indulging in his extravagant tastes and racking up outrageous expense reports. When news of his excesses reached his superiors on Kalarba, he was forced to pay back millions of credits, and most of his possession were put up for auction. C-3PO and R2-D2 were purchased by a junk trader at rock-bottom prices.
