Wind riders were repulsorcraft manufactured and used by the Sevari on Sevarcos II. It consisted of a long hull and had two repulsorlift units and a large sail to catch the eternal winds of Sevarcos II. It was operated by two persons. One would pilot the vessel by operating a tiller in the back end, while the other, called a sailor, was in charge of the sails.

Some wind riders had means of protection against boarding, which were in fact often used to assist boarding of others as well, such as a large ballista at the bow. Larger battleships would also use catapults, while slave galleys were armed with flashcannons.
