RAIDERZ
In a more civilized age, this lawless rabble would have been suppressed by the forces of the law. But the apocalypse has transformed the whole world into a carnival, and none of the rides have brakes. If you're a Raider, following your wildest desires is the best way to spend these Last Days.
Raiders sometimes exchange food for children from refugees. When the refugees are desperate, they seek out the Raiders and beg them to adopt their children, just so that they'll have some food. However, if Raiders are in danger, they will immediately abandon these "burdens".

Among the Raiders, there are a group of racing gangs who like rolling freely down open roads and knocking infected into the air. Before the Outbreak, traffic lights and police always restricted their movements. These days they're able to hold as many death races as they want! The winner gets food, women, and respect... the loser gets only a gruesome death.

Food is scarce, and looting alone is not enough. As a result, Raiders found some impoverished farmers and employed them to cultivate the land. In exchange, the Raiders ensure their safety. This was originally a good arrangement for both parties, but the Raiders cut off the upstream water source, resulting in a declining source of drinking water for the Settlement.

In this new world that requires such vigilance to survive, there's a group of crazies who enjoy dangling between death and desire. In pursuit of excitement, they've even artificially set up a "playground" in the wilderness. Death is the only punishment for failure.
