Harry Van Engel (born 1932[1]) appeared uncredited in three Doctor Who television stories: as a Kaled scientist in Genesis of the Daleks (DWM 250), a Megro guard in The Sun Makers (DWM 306) and a Tachyon image of Pangol in The Leisure Hive. (DWM 191)
