"Worm" (insult)

The term "worm" was an epithet or insult.

Saphadin called El Akir a "vile worm." (TV: The Crusade [+]David Whitaker, Doctor Who season 2 (BBC1, 1965).) Styre called the Fourth Doctor "worm."
