Hall of Judgement

Hall of JudgementTT2
Gimmick Walls and Floorbreak

Hall of Judgement is a stage in both Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Tekken Revolution.

Description

The stage is set in Nara, Japan at a Buddhist temple. The first level is situated as a large Japanese arena with Buddha heads, likely two Niō deities, on both sides in the background.

Below the breakable floor is a desolate lair containing statues of demonic creatures. The stage itself serves as the setting of the first of four boss battles where players face-off Heihachi and Jinpachi in Arcade mode. During Tekken Revolution's arcade mode, Heihachi or Jinpachi will be randomly selected, but there is a small chance for them to be replaced by Mokujin, Tetsujin or Kinjin.

Background Music

The stage BGM is titled "Jin Kazama -Far East Mix-" in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and "Q" in Tekken Revolution.

Trivia

  • The stage BGM is a remix version of Tiger Dojo Tokyo's music, "Jin Kazama's theme" from Tekken 3, with some added instrumentals and choirs.
    • The choir can be heard saying "Majin" ( Majin is Japanese for devil, demon, genie, etc.).
  • In Arcade Mode, if the player successfully defeats them Jinpachi and Heihachi, Heihachi will activate a trap door that will drop them down to True Ogre's stage, Naraku.
    • If the player loses, the Continue screen will show Heihachi remarking that he no longer needs Jinpachi, and he will trigger the trap door underneath Jinpachi instead, with Jinpachi cursing Heihachi's betrayal.
