Into the Stratosphere is a stage in Tekken 8. It is the comet which lands and creates the Fallen Destiny stage.
Description
This stage is set in outer space. The fighting surface is a meteor that is falling to the Earth with a layout somewhat similar to stages such as Precipice of Fate, featuring craggy walls around the edges of the fighting space. When the match goes into match point the surface begins erupting, turning the floor volatile and creating an opportunity for the Floor Blast.
Background Music
The BGM is titled "Volcanic Bomb".

Trivia
- This is the third known stage to have taken place in space since Tekken 5's Final Frontier and its Dark Resurrection counterpart, Space Colony. However, this is the first stage to fully take place in the open depths of space.
- This is the first stage in Tekken 8 to have the Floor Blast stage gimmick.
- In Practice Mode, The Floor Blast can only occur when the "Restart Position" is set to "Floor Blast". With this setting, the stage will change to the second level when restarted.
- This arena serves as the location where Jin Kazama and Kazuya Mishima fight in their ultimate forms as Angel Jin and Devil Kazuya respectively, and where both ultimately lost their Devil Gene during the Tekken 8 Story Mode.[1][2]
- This stage is used as the final boss stage in Arcade Mode if the player faces True Devil Kazuya or Angel Jin as the final boss.
- In the initial release, the second level of this stage's diagram was wrongly shown as lateral in the Stage Select screen. It was changed to vertical layout in a later patch, however, none of the patches mentioned this change.
