Hideyuki Tanaka

Hideyuki Tanaka (田中秀幸, Tanaka Hideyuki born November 12, 1950) is a veteran Japanese voice actor who is a graduate of the Toho Gakuen School of Music and is represented by Aoni Production. Some of his most notable roles include Rayearth in Magic Knight Rayearth, Leo Aeolia and the narrator in Saint Seiya, Fujitaka Kinomoto in Cardcaptor Sakura, Falco in Fist of the North Star, Captain Falcon in F-Zero: GP Legend, Terryman in Kinnikuman, Zoffy in Ultra Series, Donquixote Doflamingo in One Piece, and Otacon/Huey Emmerich in the Metal Gear Solid franchise.
He hasn't done much in the way of dubbing, but some of his more significant roles include the narrator for Disney's Return to Neverland, Spider-Man in the TV Tokyo dub of the 1967 Spider-Man series (for its 1986 redub), and Burke in Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron.
