Milleville
From Transformers Wiki
A reasonably-sized blue-collar town located within the US of A., Milleville was so named because its primary economic activity was a lumber mill. It is also the childhood home of Mutt, a member of the Joe team. The town bills itself as "A Nice Place To Live."
At least, it was a nice place to live.
Until the economy turned bad.
And a certain would-be dictator decided to set up shop there, later inviting his metallic counterpart to come crash on his couch.
There go the property values.

Notes
Milleville first appeared in the issues of G.I. Joe, specifically a short (five-issue) story arc that began with issue #99. The plot had Mutt return on leave with fellow Joe Spirit, only to find themselves right in the middle of its hostile takeover, a takeover that later leads to the forced brainwashing of the citizens. The two Joes meet up with a war vet named Russ and some juvenile delinquents and plot to free the town, but Cobra is one step ahead of them and deactivates the brainwashing long enough to make it seem like the group is little more than a band of armed thugs, leading to the pair of Joes getting arrested.
The incidents of the crossover result in enough evidence surfacing to clear the two and the others of all wrongdoing. As such, it becomes one of the few instances in which material from either of the two Marvel Comics cross-overs has an effect on the Joeverse. In fact, the first cross-over was outright ignored in its entirety by the Joe creative team and would not be mentioned again until Override made a passing comment during the second cross-over about the Joes being in the Autobots' memory banks (even though Skydive was the only one in the group who had actually encountered the Joes before).
