Montrose Island
From Transformers Wiki
Montrose Island is a Caribbean island with a resort town composed mainly of hotels on one end. As a geothermal attraction, the island has hot springs in which hotel guests may relax. The volcano itself is dormant, but in the event of an eruption, hotel workers are instructed to direct guests to the nearest safe area.

The three beast Predacons were sent with Sky-Byte and Scourge as escorts to dig under the island for energy. T-AI detected their presence there, and Optimus Prime and the Spychangers went to the island, where they tussled with Sky-Byte, Scourge and Ruination. Unfortunately, the digging of the three Predacons caused the volcano to become active, and the Autobots scrambled to try and save the humans on the island as well as fight off their foes. Optimus used his Blizzard Storm attack to freeze the rising lava, but was only able to stop it for eight minutes. Once the cap melted, Ruination intentionally breached the crater wall, causing an eruption of lava. The Spychangers were able to act quickly, using their Inferno Blast move to carve a trench and direct the flow away from the resort. The three Predacons also narrowly escaped being fried by the lava.
As a side effect, the island's hot springs began heating up, almost boiling Kelly. Volcano
The island was later reviewed by Optimus among several locations that the Predacons had previously attacked, believing that the Predacons had been pointed to it by information obtained from Doctor Onishi. Sky-Byte Saves the Day
