Osamu Saka (阪脩 Saka Osamu born November 7, 1930) is a Japanese voice actor. He often plays the part of elderly characters, such as Grandpa Gohan in Dragon Ball, Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell, Father Rinaldo in Hellsing Ultimate, Dr. Jotaro Honma in Black Jack, Professor Charles Xavier in Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers as well Seitaro Sakaki in Patlabor, Poseidon in Saint Seiya and Code Talker in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

In the world of dubbing, he has played General Hawk in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and G.I. Joe: The Movie, George Darling in Disney's Peter Pan, Preston Whitmore in Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire and its sequel, Dr. Silverman in the TV dubs of The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day and he was the official dub over voices for John Cleese and Anthony Hopkins for many years.
