- Sergeant Chaos is a Decepticon-allied human from the Dark of the Moon portion of the movie continuity family.
Sergeant Brandon J. Khendsovan, codenamed Chaos, is a rogue NEST soldier who supplies Icepick with intelligence on Autobots. All he asks in return is to go along with Icepick on rides of destruction. One such ride saw them bumrush Sideswipe when the Autobot was banjaxed by icy conditions.
His primary military specialty is Long Range Recon Patrol, with a secondary sideline as Cold Weather Specialist.

Fiction
Ask Vector Prime
Brandon Khendsovan grew up in Alaska, hating the cold; then his family moved to Phoenix and he missed it. The contrary git enlisted in the military at a young age so he could get aggressive and be paid for it, and climbed up the ranks with his natural talent, work ethic, and sense not to get too nasty in front of people. Then the Transformers' war came and he had his calling. Not seeing any real distinction between Autobot and Decepticon, he spent some time in NEST before Icepick headhunted him and offered him money and the chance to get as violent as he wanted. At some point, Sergeant Chaos joined Cemetery Wind. He suggested to Agent James Savoy that Mason "Master Disaster" Divelbiss, currently languishing in a Blackwater Prison, would make a good Cemetery Wind operative. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/08

Renegade Rhetoric
Sergeant Chaos was a member of the Society of Ultimate Villainy; following a Decepticon raid on a Sumdac Systems facility, he and his teammates attacked the Autobot Spy Changers after mistaking them for some of Sumdac's automatons, and in the ensuing fight Chaos took on Red Alert. - Sergeant Chaos's biography in Ask Vector Prime was done as a homage to the G.I. Joe filecards, hence allowing the use of Cemetery Wind's symbol à la Cobra's. Bill Forster was responsible for the template.
