Sigil was an old but wily Assemblybot who wished to maintain a strong Decepticon voting bloc on the Assembly. He and Halogen pressed for Double Punch's appointment, hoping to prevent the more progressive members from raising up the likes of Micromasters or Cyberdroids to the council. Identity Politics
During the Grand Uprising, Sigil voted to allow the Vehicon drones north of the 66th parallel, and therefore became one of the first victims of the Vehicon Apocalypse when Galva Convoy's creations betrayed their masters. Derailment
