Seizo Kato was a Japanese voice actor who worked for Haikyo (Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society). His known frequent role in the Ultraman Series was as Alien Mefilas.
Death
He died of bladder cancer at a hospital in Itabashi, Tokyo on January 17, 2014 at age 86.
