History
Agent Lynch is a rogue CIA agent who first met the A-Team leader, John "Hannibal" Smith, in the U.S. Forward Operating Base Headhunter, Iraq. He assigned the team a covert mission to recover U.S. Treasury plates stolen by Iraqi insurgents. The team succeeded in their mission; however, they were betrayed by Brock Pike, the field leader of the private security firm Black Forest, who seemingly killed the A-Team's commanding officer, General Russell Morrison. Due to his death, no one could confirm that the A-Team were authorized to act, therefore they were sentenced to ten years in prison.
Six months later, Lynch goes to prison to talk with Hannibal. He tells him that Pike is in Frankfurt, Germany and tries to transfer the stolen engraving plates to the unknown Arab tomorrow. Smith offers to recover the plates and get his team reinstated in the U.S. military, which Lynch agrees to. Soon after, Smith escapes and later breaks out the rest of his team.
After traveling to Germany, they find Pike in the Konigsbank Tower and manage to steal the case containing the plates from them while kidnapping the Arab. Then, it is revealed that the Arab is actually General Morrison, who has faked his death and teamed up with Lynch and Pike to steal the plates. When Lynch learns that Smith and his team have Morrison, he orders an airstrike to kill all of them, but Smith and his team manages to escape and Morrison tragically dies from the explosion.
After that, Smith and his team decide to lure Lynch and Pike by pretending that Morrison is still alive and organizes a meeting at the Port of Los Angeles in 48 hours. They manage to kill most of Lynch's men, including Pike, and Smith lures Lynch into a container where he fights him. From there, Lynch admits that he stole the plates, but he is somehow trapped and arrested by Captain Charissa Sosa for all of his crimes.
